From June, icons of the music world will be permorming in the most beautiful park in London.

This summer many outdoor concerts will take place and will ensure a very pleasant time for everyone.

Great artists such as Katherine Jenkins, Jools Holland and Neil Young will play at stunning locations like Hampton Court Palace, Somerset House, Hyde Park and Audley End.

One of the best things about these concerts is the fact that you spread out your blanket and relax with drinks and food.

So take a look at two of the most waiting outdoor picnic concerts taking place over the summer in Hyde Park.

Hard Rock Calling

For the fourth year, Hard Rock Calling offers a music festival that will last three days from 26th to 28th June in Hyde Park.

It will feature some of the most well-known groups and musicians in the present rock circuit, such as The Killers, The Kooks, Neil Young, The Pretenders, Fleet and Dave Matthews.

Tickets start from £45.

The Wireless Festival

The grounds of Hyde Park on 4th July will be transformed into the world’s biggest and best contemporary rock, pop and dance acts.

For the fifth consecutive year, The Wireless Fesival offers a single day of sensational live music kicking off with Basement Jaxx and will include performances by Mike Skinner and The Streets and Dizzee Rascal.

Extra attractions such as rides, a variety of food stalls, beer gardens, markets, chill out areas and fun games will create a fantastic atmosphere.

Tickets range from £45 to £179.

Previous events

Last year, Hyde Park played host to more than 14 artists, including singers such as Leona Lewis and Razorlight who all performed on the same stage.

Accompanied by many other showbiz celebreties, these artists were involved in the 90th birthday celebrations of Nelson Mandela

A show with no precedent, more than 200,000 people hummed to their favourite tunes.
